This is a portfolio of artwork by Canadian artist Mia Lane that show the versatility and breadth of this artist in the fields of fine art, illustration and licensing. The artwork is primarily inspired by nature, using techniques from traditional to surreal, in mediums from oils, acrylics, water colours, etchings, to mixed medium and pen and ink. The subject matter includes dogs, cats, country themes, wildlife and experimental.

Captain’s Pride
The original painting “Captain’s Pride” will be sailing to England to partake of an all Newfoundland dog art show in 2013, details to come later.
Charades
Charades is an exhibition of my experimental art, including “Take That Off!” which depicts the dream that propelled the exhibition. I hope to have it travel to other galleries and museums.
